I had an account with Prezi last year. Unfortunately I forgot my password. When I try to reset it, it says 'unknown email'. I am 100 percent sure that it is the same email I used to register (iss@mcmaster.ca). What do I do? Did my account expire? There is a huge presentation I really need on my account. It would take me weeks to recreate it. Any help would be highly appreciated!
