I had taken up a Prezi Pro free trial account for a months period. Eventually as it didn't turnout very useful to me, I had cancelled the FREE TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION well before the completion of the free trial month.
However I realised that I have been charged the annual fee of $159.00 (annual fee)
Have attached herewith two snapshots of your website page for my subscription, one saying that the Pro Subscription has been cancelled whereas the other saying that its still active and that the ENJOY subscription has been cancelled. However I had never taken a ENJOY package as a subscription. These screenshots unfortunately have been taken the day I have received the bank alert.
Also since I assume the billed amount of $159.00, is an annual fee, then.... the second snapshot shows that I would be charged again on August 21st, 2014. For what ????
There seems to be an issue with your payment system.
Please get back on this at the earliest, as this would be extremely unethical and unprofessional of you, if you start charging people even after cancellation the subscription.
Its an issue of trust, which a customer has in a professional vendor.
I expect that the necessary action has to be taken to revert the charged amount.
