I am trying to edit my prezi and I cannot access it. When I try to open it, it comes up with a message that says this: "Hups. Bzzr. Oops, trouble with your Prezi!? First try checking your internet connection. If this doesn't work you can always check support. Technical details: id: 1200 the reason is: Error Error #2008 null."
My internet connection is working fine. I am using a Mac OS X. I am using Firefox as a browser. I also tried opening it with Safari and am getting the same error message. I also tried opening it from a different computer and it still won't open.
