Hi I can't upload a JPEG or GIF file to my presentation . . . its states error and gives this notice "id 2550 the reason is [object]" what does that mean and how do I fix it . . . I have an "educational license/ access to Prezi . . . so I don't thing my presentation is so large that it has exceed the memory storage allowed? Please help!
