Prezi Desktop refuses to upload to my EDU PRO account (stops at 2% and crashes at some stage), even though the file is not even that large, this time. Very weird. Have tried it with different laptops, operating systems etc. -- drivers and software are all up to date. Seems to be a problem with the file. Please HELP!
