I've tried over two days and with three different browsers to renew my license using PayPal. When I click renew, then choose payment method (Paypal) and click the button that's supposed to transfer me to Paypal, I get this message:

An error occurred during processing your request.
YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED.
An error occurred during processing your request.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Please check your internet connection,
if the problem persists you can find support at http://community.prezi.com."
Can you please help?
