Problem loading Prezi following loading update

Prezi notified me that an update was available. I loaded it - and now message says "problems loading your Prezi - make sure you have the latest version of Flask (I have) and check your internet and firewall settings (they are turned off just in case). Result = no Prezi!!

ERROR : id: 1200 the reason is: ErrorEvent io Error Error 2032

Any help much appreciated
